Shipping & Returns

All sales are FINAL. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or in store credit.

To be eligible for an exchange or in store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the original tags attached.

To complete your exchange or in store credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All exchanges or in store credits must be sent to To The Pointe-Shoe Store.

Please note:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale/Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn or dirty items
  • Items without their original tags attached
  • Tights and undergarments
  • Makeup

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of returned items. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable. Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice. Please note the tracking number from your label.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. If you return items that have been tried on, have makeup on them, or are dirty, you WILL NOT be given a credit or a refund and the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or in store credit.
If you are approved, then your in store credit will be processed, within a 7-10 business days.

Late or missing in store credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received an in store credit yet, first check your email again. Then please contact us at [email protected].

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for in store credit or exchange, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Items are careful inspected before they are shipped out. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Lack of care from trying on items does not merit an exchange. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1997 McCullough Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801, United States.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or in store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange/credit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Items are only shipped within the United States. There is a standard $20 shipping charge to all items under 74 grams. Everything over 74 grams there is a standard shipping charge of $30. We ship with UPS and provide you with the tracking number once shipped. Your order will be shipped 3-4 business days after received. Curbside pick up is also an option. This is a free service!
